Has interesting points but the content does not match the title. Very hard for me to follow because it talks about really intricate details and jumps all over the place. I love the Egoscue Method and have read and liked other book. I thought this would be a nice additional resource to help explain things but I don't even know if I want to finish it. I can definitely take some helpful information from it but it's not fun to read.

Brilliantly written and fun to read. I also Love his other books PAIN FREE, and Health Through motion
It's a great book IF you haven't read or don't own Pain Free Living. I was disappointed that it was the same. Chapter titles, words, . . All the same.

It is different than the other books in that it approaches the emotional mental and spiritual aspects of changing your experience of pain and life.

Certainly a great book. But unfortunately it is a repeat. (
If you are in pain, a better book to start with is "Egoscue Method of Health through Motion" or "Pain Free A Revolutionary Method for Stopping Chronic Pain."

The Egoscue Method is superb and eliminated my chronic pain.

I highly recommend the Egoscue method if you're willing to do a bit of exercise each day and be patient. For me, the pain gradually subsided and disappeared over a few years. These exercises feel really good in my body, better than anything else I've tried,especially the ones specifically designed for my body that I bought from one of the Egoscue Clinics. I consider them the best investment I've ever spent money on. I began using them in 2006, and today in 2014, I still use them to stay pain free.

I love the Egoscue Method. Thank you, Pete, I love being pain free.

I am still trying to finish reading this book. It was very poorly edited. I would say this book was written more for Egoscue therapists to help them understand how to relate to their clients. However, the information is interesting, that's why I keep going back at it to finish it.

The writing style is a bit annoying, the humour is out of place, the analogies dont work, so from a teaching point of view it scores low for me. Otherwise the information is very good and will save many people years of pain if they dig it.
Another good book from Egoscue...have read them all and this might be the initial in the series. The first book to get someone interested in the Egoscue method to getting rid of chronic pain.
